On October 21, 2008, Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. declared a quarterly cash distribution per common unit of $0.425 payable on November 14, 2008 to unitholders of record as of November 3, 2008.  The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein in its entirety.
