On November 7, 2018, the Board of Directors of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC, the general partner of Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (the Partnership), adopted and approved certain amendments to the Partnerships Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the Code). The changes to the Code: (i) clarified and revised provisions relating to conflicts of interest, political activities and use of Partnership assets, (ii) added provisions relating to gifts and entertainment and compliance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Standard of Conduct, and (iii) updated other administrative and non-substantive matters.
